Proceed north on the M1 until you reach exit 15 NORTHAMPTON turn off. Drive on A508 through or round Northampton ring road and up to MARKET HARBOROUGH. From Market Harborough take the A4304 Rockingham Road. At the bypass roundabout, take the turning for CORBY, then the first left turning, the B664 towards UPPINGHAM. Stay on the B664 passing through SUTTON BASSETT and coming into WESTON-BY-WELLAND and turn left sign posted WELHAM / SLAWSTON and continue into WELHAM. In Welham turn left at the “T” junction. When the road turns sharp right you carry on straight ahead into WELHAM LANE. The land is approximately half a mile along Welhan Lane with plot 1 on your right and plots 2-13 on your left with VG stakes at the gate to welcome you.
